NCEA is a Northwoods organization dedicated to the promotion of birth as normal yet life-changing event. Our purpose is to help educate and support the expectant parents in our area who desire the most positive and rewarding birth experience possible. We host several childbirth courses a year, which teach birth anatomy and processes, relaxation and massage techniques, and baby basics.
